Paramhansa Yogananda

Learn and practice the path of yoga and meditation as taught by the great yoga master, Paramhansa Yogananda.  Paramhansa Yoganananda was the first great yoga master of India to live in the west for an extended period of time, from 1920 until his passing in 1952.  His Autobiography of a Yogi has been in print for over sixty years and has inspired countless thousands to develop a spiritual life based on the practice of meditation. Yogananda wrote and taught extensively, adapting the timeless wisdom of yoga for American audiences.  Develop your own meditation practice, drawing from the rich instructional resources of Yogananda and those of Swami Kriyananda, Yogananda's direct disciple.
